Returns & Exchanges Information for website orders only
Orders are carefully inspected for quality, assortment, and proper packaging prior to shipment. Nobody is perfect, however, and we know that. Manufacturers may screw up, shipping carriers can err, and yes, even we might make a mistake from time to time. Or you might change your mind. That’s why we have an industry-leading Hassle Free 14-Day Return Policy that states:
- If for any reason you are not delighted with the order you receive, you are welcome to return most unused/unopened or defective items sold by us within 14-days from the receipt of your shipment for a prompt refund or replacement. Policy details subject to change without notice. Upon receipt of your return, you will be refunded the value of the merchandise. Original shipping is not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow 7-10 days to process your return/exchange after the item is received by our Returns Department. Please be advised that there is no guarantee for cancellation/address change as every order are being processed immediately.
- All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee.
- All returns of NEW items, but were opened by the customer and returned are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Because this item can no longer be re-sold as new (regardless of condition, it’s been opened, seals broken, etc).
- Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid. We do not offer store credits at this time.
If you are exchanging for an item that has a higher value than your return, one of our customer service representatives will call you to request payment for the difference. Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer, but we will not charge additional shipping for the exchanged item.

Include your original packing slip and write reason for return or exchange on the back
If you do not have it, write your full name, order number, phone number, and reason for return/exchange
Ship your return merchandise to us.
We recommend using a traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent by a non-traceable carrier.
Received Wrong or Damaged Item?
In the event the product that you purchase was damaged*, defective, missing items, or if you receive the wrong item, contact email@example.com within 5 days of the delivery date. We apologize for the inconvenience and we will help to resolve your issue in a timely manner. *Please note that we do not guarantee ‘mint packaging’ on collectibles and will not considered the item as damaged.
